Data we collect

Name, surname, identification document, email, phone, dates of stay and payment information processed by our banking gateway.

Retention period

We retain your data for the time necessary to provide you with the service and comply with our legal obligations, including 6 years of accounting obligations.

Recipients

We only share your data with data processors necessary to provide the service (hosting provider, payment gateway, transactional email service), all of whom have a data processing agreement.

Your rights
